Sooo important. I definitely find that the more consistent I am with something, the more the habit becomes ingrained and self-discipline is easy. But having a 2-year old has thrown consistency out the window so its something I’ve been struggling with for a while, thanks for this!

  4. I am definitely working on becoming more disciplined. Consistency is my word of the year – and I need reminder like this all the time. Thank you!

This: “You are undisciplined because your mind is undisciplined,” all day! Whenever I lose discipline it’s because my mind declared I shouldn’t show up. This is a great reminder of how simple, and challenging, consistent discipline can be.
